Why Use A Real Estate
Professional
Whether buying or selling, it is a MUST to use a real estate
professional! We all put in great effort and time to be experts at what
we do for a living. When we add in our family time and outside
obligations, we must recognize that we need expert help with an item so
encompassing as a real estate transaction. Thus, we turn to our realtors
to educate and guide us through the often difficult, complex and time
consuming process. Real estate agents have access to statistics/trends
and marketing tools that are not available to the average person.
Additionally, in this residential “buyer’s market,” a savvy yet trusted
agent who is part of the community and knows the neighborhood well, can
still market a house and get a strong price for her sellers. Conversely,
that same agent can find a great “value” for a buyer because she knows
the area and has tracked the marketplace for years. Commercial buyers
and sellers MUST have professional real estate representation as well.
Investment dollars are generally higher than in residential and each
contract to sell, buy or lease is different. Keep in mind that the other
side will have representation watching out for the best interests of
their clients. Without proper direction and counseling, an unrepresented
commercial buyer/seller may find himself obligated to a transaction that
has ramifications totally beyond the expected. So recognize and do what
you know well. Leave the “real estate” to the licensed professionals.
